
With a couple of two or three:
- When the dealer’s card is 2 or 3 divides (splits) only if you can make a “double down”, or double your bet on the condition only receive one more card, and if not, just ask one more card ( hit).
- If the dealer’s card is an Ace, 8, 9, 10, draws one card.
- If the dealer’s card is 4, 5, 6 or 7, divided (split).
With a couple of fours:
- When the dealer has a 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 or an ace, ask.
- When the dealer has a 5 or 6, divided only if you can “double down”, but only draws one card.
With a couple of fives:
- If the dealer’s card is a 10 or an Ace, ask.
- If the card is a 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9, make a “double down”.
With a couple of six:
- If the dealer has a 7, 8, 9 or 10, requests a letter.
- If the dealer has a 3, 4, 5 or 6 divides.
- If the dealer has a 2 split if you can make a “double down”, but asks for a letter.
With a pair of sevens
- If the dealer has an ace, 8, 9 or 10, requests a letter.
- If the dealer has a 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, divided.
With a pair of eights always divides.
With a pair of nines:
- If the dealer has 7, 10 or an Ace, hold position (Stand).
- If the dealer has a 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 9, divide.
With a pair of 10 always keep your position (Stand).
Tip: With a pair of Aces split forever.
